The hospital's own consultation fee (typically $700–2,000, set by the hospital) is paid by you directly to the hospital. Our fee covers our work, whatever the outcome.

Medical bills and travel costs are always paid by you directly to the clinic and providers — we never touch them, mark them up, or earn from them.

Need something in between? We also work by the hour at $150 — reviewing an estimate, chasing records, preparing questions for your oncologist.

We are organizers, not doctors. Every medical decision stays between you and the clinicians we help you reach.
We never accept payment from clinics, and we never pay anyone for sending patients to us.
Your information is shared only with the clinics you choose, only with your written permission, and never used for anything else.
If we complete a stage and you stop there, you owe nothing further. If we fail to deliver a stage, you don't pay for it.
