How we make money

Trust requires knowing who pays whom. Here is our entire business model, in public:
- You pay us for help services. Flat, published fees for the coordination work described on our Get Help page. This is our main income.
- Product commissions — with rules. In the future, some pages may recommend practical products (comfort items, skincare for treatment side effects, and similar). Where a brand pays us a commission on purchases, the page will say so clearly. Two rules never bend: a commission never changes a grade or a recommendation, and we never sell or promote anything as treating cancer.
- Memberships, later. We may offer a paid membership with extra depth. The core answers will always be free.
What we never accept: payments, commissions, or gifts from clinics, hospitals, or drug companies for recommending them or steering patients to them. Our clinic recommendations are bought by no one.
